How You Opt In
You may opt in to receive text messages from Allard Ventures Group, Inc. in the following ways:

- Initiating a Text Conversation: By sending a text message directly to our business phone number (603-627-3500), you are consenting to a two-way text exchange with our office
Providing your phone number alone, without actively opting in through one of the methods above, does not constitute consent to receive text messages.

After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you wish to rejoin, simply opt in again as described above, and we will resume sending text messages to you.

Message and Data Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Data Sharing and Mobile Opt-In Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share your personal data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in consent and any information collected as part of the opt-in process are never shared with third parties for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy specifically excludes mobile opt-in data.
We may share data only when required to comply with legal obligations or to deliver communication services through trusted service providers (such as Grasshopper, our business phone system provider).

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
