John Allard serves as the Chairman and CEO of the Allard Venture Group as well as the Allard Nazarian Group. He has over 20 years of experience leading the turnaround, strategy development and acquisition activity for portfolio and client companies.

Mr. Allard is currently a member of the C&M and Tenere, Boards of Advisors for the Watermill Group.

Director of Business Development

Max Allard is the Director of Business Development for the Allard Ventures Group. He is responsible for managing relationships with investors, overseeing current real estate holdings and procuring future investment opportunities.

Prior to joining the Allard Ventures Group, Max worked for SBE, an LA-Based hospitality company focused on the development and operations of high-end Hotels, Casinos, Restaurants and nightclubs across the country. He attended The George Washington University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He is currently attending Boston University for graduate school pursuing degrees in Real Estate Finance and Commercial Real Estate.

Director of Administration

As Director of Administration, Eileen McCarthy wears many hats for Allard Ventures Group. She is the Executive Assistant to John Allard, Chairman & CEO, liaising between top management, employees and stakeholders for several holding companies, while at the same time managing the AVG office to guarantee an efficient, well-maintained and professional corporate environment.

Before coming on board with Allard Ventures Group, Eileen had successful careers in marketing, as well as providing top notch customer service in the industrial, printing & healthcare fields.
